Great Grandma's quilts

Here's a few snaps of at least part of the quilt my Great Grandma J. made. My Grandma J. was given many quilts & unfinished tops when Great G.J. passed on. Grandma J. was not much of a seamstress or quilter as far as I know,soooo-the unfinished tops(4? Or more?)passed onto my Mom. I was already married & had Summer but I can remember visiting Mom with the quilt frame set up in the Family Room. She DID quilt all 4 tops, one for each of us,my 2 sisters, brother &me. This is my quilt.
I guess you could say it's my inheritance from the 3 generations, for each played a part till it was passed onto me. This is one of my all-time favorite quilts. I recently read a quote about one's eye never tiring of looking at a charm quilt. This is so true for me, I look & look, enjoying each block!! Hope you enjoy it, too!
